Extended primary care Appoinmemts  for Bolton

You are currently able to book GP and Nurse appointments on weekday evenings from 6:30pm to 9:15pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm at Deane Medical Centre.

The appointment must be booked through Deane Medical Centre  were you will be asked whether you consent for a Health Care professional to access your medical records. If this is not agreed you will be unable to use this service.
