Appointments

appointment_1You may telephone or come in personally and make an appointment. Please be aware that for Doctors appointment's can now be booked in advance. Sometimes surgery times can run late, but we ask if you could kindly be patient in this instance. Please be on time and let the Receptionist know if you are unable to attend. Please note that appointments are for one person only. Please tell the Receptionist if you require longer than the 10-minute slot.

Emergancy appointments (a medical emergancy that cannot wait)  will be seen the same day if possible, but this appointment may not be at the chosen surgery , the receptionist may ask you what your medical emergancy is regarding to allocate an appropriate clinician.

Children will always be seen the same day but not necessarily at the chosen surgery. Surgery times may be altered to accommodate sickness, holidays and courses.

Please let the surgery know if you cannot attend for your appointment.

Emergencies will be seen the same day, but as these may be extra to normal surgery you may have to wait. Otherwise you will be offered the first available appointment.

The staff are here to help and take information in total confidence. They are working on the doctors' instructions. Please treat them with courtesy. Information held, and confidentiality about patients is in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
