We provide Health Promotion services and clinics on the following:
Patients aged 75 years or over who would like an annual health check should make an appointment to see the Practice Nurse.
Provide nursing advice and treatment for patients recently discharged from hospital and also care for the housebound
The practice has an attached Health visitor and is available to discuss health problems and runs the baby clinic.
Is responsible for providing your ante-natal care, delivering your baby and caring for you post-natally.
